RTH8010 Humminbird XTM 9/14-HW-MSI-T Flush Mount

Our newly designed RTH8010 Flush Mount is designed for the XTM 9/14-HW-MSI-T transducers

It has a 2.875" wide by 1.8125" hole spacing (4 holes per side for hull screws)

The mount comes supplied with both "Hull" and "Transducer" mounting screws  and the only thing needing to be supplied by the installer is a high quality Pure Silicone ("Marine Grade" or 100%).   An installer can use 3M5200 or similar but Pure silicone has much better sealing properties and adheres perfectly to the HDPE for a life long leak free installation! 

The RTH8010 also allows the transducer cable to sit perfectly within the mount, not allowing it to kink or bend to sharply and then nicely exit the rear of the mount for perfect cable management without the risk of cutting or chaffing!  

The RTH8010 is currently produced out of near indestructible 3D printed Nylon (not your standard cheap, UV sensitive and weak filament). As popularity increases we will produce them out of CNC'd HDPE plastic like our other mounts in the Flush Mount Series.

All mounts are supplied with #10x1" Stainless Steel screws for fastening to the hull and Stainless Steel machine screws for attaching your transducer to the mount.

RyTek Marine recommends the use of 100% Silicone for all sealing surfaces when used with Fiberglass or Aluminum with our HDPE Transducer Boards and Flush Mounts.

Clean all surfaces with acetone before installation. Pre-drill holes with a "twist" drill bit slightly smaller than the screw thread diameter. (Please wear safety glasses). Test fit screw prior to installing mount by hand tightening with a screw driver. If the fit is to tight, back out and bore out the hole slightly and test fit again. Fill all thru holes with silicone prior to installing
screws. Hand tighten screws only and do not use a drill or impact driver....Stainless steel screws are brittle
