Refund & Return policy

30 day Return policy with the exception of the following Non-returnable items which include: Custom Accessories, Gift cards, Apparel and Swag   

A 20% restocking fee applies to all Returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. 

If you ordered the wrong item and it is Unused/New Condition, please send it back (shipping at your expense) and we will gladly exchange it for another item (shipping back to you at your expense). 

To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product via USPS to: RyTek Marine, 6996 Second Line, RR#3, Arthur ON N0G1A0, Canada 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, we require a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and please supply us with the tracking number.

Please DO NOT ship UPS or Fedex as customs charges and brokerage fee's are applied with these carriers.
