Refund & Return policy
Please DO NOT ship any order back to us with UPS or Fedex ONLY SHIP USPS (United States Parcel Service)!!!!! as customs charges and brokerage fee's/import taxes are automatically applied with these carriers.... (If not stated as "Returned Goods" even USPS may charge customs and brokerage fee's....If fee's are associated with the return product, we will deduct those charges from the refund value and provide you proof of receipt for those charges.
Cancellation and Refund Fee Policy All canceled and refunded orders will be subject to a non-refundable 3.5% + .30c USD Credit Card Transaction Fee that my website provider Shopify automatically charges for canceled transactions.
Cancelations, Returns & Refunds
Order's can be Canceled & Refunded prior to generating your shipping label (when a shipping label is created you will instantly receive and email with your tracking number!).
If you choose to Cancel the order after a label has been created BUT is still in my possession before dropping off at Canada Post I will refund the Order INCLUDING the shipping cost.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to Cancel/Refund the order. Once delivered, if wanting to return for a refund please purchase a return label and send it back to us....refusing the order and return to sender is no longer a good idea as there is no tracking and insurance on anything "Return to Sender" and it can take weeks to come back as it travels via land service and not Priority Mail like shipped (This changed in early 2024).
LOST by the Postal Service, Once a claim is filed with Canada Post (on the 10th business day after the day it was shipped) and the ADDITIONAL 10 day inquiry has taken place (they contact the receiver via phone or email to confirm delivery did not take place) I then can either refund your order INDCLUDING the shipping cost or I can send out another order to the customer at no additional charge!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, and no Custom Charges or applicable we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If Customs Charges are associated with your returns, we will take those charges off the amount available for returns We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Exchanges If you ordered the wrong item and it is Unused/New Condition, please send it back (shipping at your expense) and we will gladly exchange it for another item (shipping back to you at your expense).
Returns
All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receiving your order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL returned product MUST be in absolute new condition and had never been installed. Any marring from fasteners on the transducer mount are considered USED and will NOT be refunded.
Return Shipping
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product via USPS to: Please contact us for our Return Address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PLEASE Label box or write on the info area with "Returned Goods" and mark the value of that item being returned.(if you ordered multiple items but returning just one PLEASE make sure that you only state the "value" the item you are returning!)
If you are shipping an item over $50, we require a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and please supply us with the tracking number.
