Sturdy product, great customer service

After speaking with Ryan, I was able to select the appropriate mount given my old trolling motor (“Whisperguide” by MotorGuide. Never heard of it? Most haven’t.) must say his customer service exceeded my expectations. Quick and highly responsive.

All I had to do was cut off skeg with grinding wheel, then slap on Rytek’s guarded Xi5 trolling motor mount for my Lowrance 3in1 transducer. Took all of 10 minutes which included cutting skeg.

The only concern I had before purchasing guarded mount was trolling motor protection (and transducer, of course). Cutting off the skeg concerned me. However, once I received Rytek’s mount, I’m pretty sure it’s stronger than the skeg was and will ever be. Protection guaranteed with this product. Thick, sturdy stainless steel frame with clamps.

Money well spent.
